What are your timings?

We are open from Monday to Sunday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Do you provide warranty on your products?

We offer 1 to 5 year warranty on all our products. Please get in touch with us to know what exactly is covered in the product you buy. we don't provide warranty on home decor items

Can you customize a product according to my preferred color and size?

Yes we can! Just visit our showroom at AFZAL FURNITURE and we can customize your furniture as you like.

I have a design of a sofa/bed, can you create a customized product based on that?

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Card, UPI, and Bank Transfer.

What is the tax charged on your products?

We charge 18% GST on all furniture products.

How much do I have to pay when I book a product?

For a retail product, the complete amount need to be paid so that we can ship your furniture to you. For any customized product, we will need 50% of the amount to start working for you. Rest 50% need to be paid before the product is shipped to you.

What is your Refund Policy?

For a retail product, in case of an unavoidable issue we can refund upto 100% of the paid amount.

For a customized product, we hope you understand that we have to put work and material just for your product. The advance paid is non-refundable for such customizations.

Do I have to pay for the product assembly or delivery?

No, the cost on our website includes product assembly and free delivery in currently Bihar region.

The product delivered to me has defects.

We apologize for any defects found on a delivered product. Please call us at 9931485437 asap and we will send our team to your doorstep to fix any such issue. Just make sure you inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Cleaning Technique

Dust the furniture regularly.
Wipe the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth damped in a wood-friendly cleanser. Immediately wipe the moisture with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.
In case of a spill, blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth in a gentle manner. Please make sure you do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly.
Use mats and coasters before keeping any hot or cold items on the wooden surface.
Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture and water.
Protect the material from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its original quality.
Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts and scratches.
Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the furniture as it might harm the natural finish and durability of the product.

Please note: Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.

Warranty

This product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.

For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, mechanisms, if any.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
Cracks developed due to displacement of the product
Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals

As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery:

Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenStreet reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.

Installation:

Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
If The Delivery Condition Is:
- Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
- Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which WoodenStreet will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
- Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.
